LEED^® Homes (H) Certification

Bluegill Energy’s certified LEED^® Accredited Professionals (AP) provide independent, third-party verification to help building projects meet the highest green building and performance measures.

Eligibility

LEED for Homes (H) is available for building design and construction projects of single-family homes and multi-family projects up to eight stories.

LEED includes four levels of certification. Projects earn points, which determine the level of LEED certification that the project will receive. Typical certification thresholds are:

• Certified – 40 to 49 points
• Gold – 50 to 59 points
• Silver – 60 to 79 points
• Platinum (highest rating) – 80+ points
