Home Energy Rating (HERS^® Rating)

Bluegill Energy’s certified professionals provide independent, third-party HERS^® ratings for single- or multi-family building projects. We also provide the inspections, performance testing and commissioning required for rating your home.

A home energy rating is an analysis of a home’s energy efficiency per the Residential Energy Services Network (RENSET) Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index. The HERS Index is the nationally recognized scoring system for measuring a home’s energy performance. Based on the results, an energy-rated home will receive a HERS Index score.
